AI Processing & Session Recording

Users are required to obtain client consent before recording any session. All audio uploaded may be processed using AI services (such as OpenAI Whisper or GPT) to generate summaries and coaching insights.

A consent checkbox will be shown prior to recording: "By continuing, you confirm you have obtained client consent to record this session and process it through AI for coaching purposes."

International Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including the United States, the European Union, or Latin America. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal data in cross-border transfers.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to secure your personal data:

• Secure hosting infrastructure (Adalo, AWS)

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS, SSL)

• Restricted access controls on internal systems
