What does the AI summary include?
Level 1: Summary + Tasks + Motivational nudges. You get a clean summary of the session, a set of tasks for next week, and short motivational messages you can send between meetings.
Level 2: Summary + Interpretation help. Along with the summary, the AI highlights key insights and offers interpretation ideas to help you plan future sessions.
Level 3: Full assistance. A deeper interpretation of the session plus the summary, tasks and motivational nudges — an extra tool to help you, not a replacement for your judgement.
Does this replace the coach?
No. The Coach Scribe never replaces you. It’s a tool to help you capture, organize and follow up on your sessions. You remain the decision‑maker and guide your clients. The AI is an assistant, not a coach.
What counts as one session?
One session equals one recording. On the free plan, you can record up to 25 minutes per session; on paid plans, up to 60 minutes. Recording stops automatically at the cap.
Can I split a session into multiple recordings?
No. Each recording counts as one session. Keeping your audio in a single file ensures accurate summaries.
Is my account verified?
Yes. To protect your work and your clients’ data, we verify each account via email or phone. Only one active login is allowed at a time.
What is the built‑in CRM, contracts and receipts?
The built‑in CRM is your client folder. It stores all past session summaries, notes and tasks so you can review progress anytime. Search by client, date or keyword to recall what happened. It helps you stay organized and never lose track.
The contracts module provides an editable template. You fill in the terms, send it for electronic signature and see at a glance whether it’s signed or pending. No need to juggle PDFs in other tools.
Receipts (non‑official) are quick acknowledgments for payments your client makes by transfer or cash. You can send them instantly while waiting for formal invoices. They live in the client record so you have a complete history.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes. To maximize privacy and control, The Coach Scribe links to your Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace) and saves each recording, transcript and summary into your own Google Drive. You keep ownership and can manage sharing like any other Drive file. If you ever disconnect access, the files remain in your Drive.
What if my internet drops or I lose a recording?
We can’t guarantee a recording if your device or connection fails. Always confirm that your audio has been saved to your Google Drive and consider keeping a backup. The Coach Scribe is not responsible for lost recordings due to technical issues.
